The 2025  Alpha APX blends all mountain freestyle with the surfy feeling we all love, to create a powerful board that excels all over the mountain. The APX series features a 3D shaped nose and stepped in tail for increased float in powder and manoeuvrability in slush and crud for a better carving experience.

With a stiff flexing core but playful CamRock camber profile you get a snowboard which doesn't want to run you into the ground from being too aggressive, but can still handle whatever is throw in its way, thanks to all the extra additives, making it a true all mountain powerhouse.

Board Type: Intermediate - Advanced

Camber Type: Surfy CamRock

Surfy CamRock puts camber between your feet with rocker in the tip and tail, giving the board plenty of pop with catch-free turns and easy presses.

Flex: 8/10 (1=soft, 10=stiff)

A precise mid flex that can ride all over the mountain.

Shape: Directional

This board has a longer nose than tail, giving you more drive when facing forwards but still allowing you to ride switch with ease.

Core: Light Core

This is Nidecker's lightest core offered, featuring three different wood types; paulownia for lightness, poplar for pop and responsiveness, and beech for stringers to increase durability.

Triax Plus Fibreglass

Laminate oriented 45° to the board containing different glass densities. This offers consistent torsional flex, better pop, and reactivity on every turn.

Nidactive Sandwich

Exclusive construction inspired by surf boards by rounding off the wood core and the consistent sidewall height are shaped in the same way as surfboard rails. This allows maximum amount of pressure to be applied to the edges.

Pop Carbon Plus

Double the amount of carbon is used on both sides of the core and running tip to tail. This creates twice the amount of pop and liveliness.

Base: N-9000

The N-9000 base is produced with carbon nanoparticles and has a very dense molecular structure. This is the fastest and most durable base material Nidecker make.
